When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, We might process Government Identifiers, and/or Tax Identification Number to verify your identity. We might also use third-party authentication services to verify your identity.

Sensitive information

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your TikTok or Instagram logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider.

The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, pictures, bio, post descriptions, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform. This is required as we are an E-commerce provider for merchants on social media, and this information is essential to offer our Services.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. Is my information transferred internationally?

Instasell is a business-to-consumer service directed to and intended for use only by those who are 16 years of age or over. We do not target Instasell at children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from any person under 16 years of age.

You can do this by asking us to erase any personal data we hold about you, if it is no longer necessary for us to hold the data for purposes of your use of Instasell.

Where do we store the data?

The personal data we collect is primarily stored in our Google Firestore servers in Jakarta, Indonesia. As we are incorporated both in India and United States, we process data in both the countries, and in any data processing facilities operated by the third parties identified in this notice.

By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing by us. If we transfer or store your information outside the EEA in this way, we will take steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

How long do we store your data?
